REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate your return, you can contact us at info@Lindapet.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and fix it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale with gift cards.


Size Change
To request a size change for your product, simply write to the Lindapet team and start the process. For more information about the products to which a size change is granted, contact the team, info@lindapet.com

Shipping
Shipments are made in 4/10 working days (excluding unforeseen events), for any problem with the code contact the Lindapet team.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund as well.
